Just returned from another weekend at the West Lodge and as always i was very well looked after. Breakfast always great, room clean and tidy, always plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Eric and Barbara are very friendly and it is always a joy to come back.

Fantastically welcoming bed and breakfast at a great price. Arrived soaking wet after cycling round the island, but nothing was too much for Barbara and Eric, who dried our clothes, and provided tea and cakes on arrival! Rooms were clean, tidy and very spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and more than enough to set us up for another days cycling.

Very competitive pricing reflects the lack of en suite, TV and kettle in rooms BUT Barbara & Eric make up for this in every way with a VERY friendly atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble and a 5 STAR breakfast sets you up for the day.
