What a find! We really enjoyed our stay at Mingulay House and couldn't fault anything. A peaceful setting. The accommodation is comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. Nice little touches such as bottled water, fresh milk on hospitality tray, small DVD library. Bed comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast good - nice to have fresh fruit and food is cooked to order. Dan takes personal interest to make your stay memorable but not sure why we were not offered one of the best view room upstairs even when atleast one was available. So to get most of your stay, ask for one of the rooms upstairs if you can get. Three days passed by quickly and we wish to go back to... More

Stayed here for one night on our way to the Isle of Skye on the recommendation of my daughter. Wished we could have stayed longer. The place is really lovely. Dan let us check in early which was very nice of him, he also gave us a large slice of homemade cake which was delicious. Would definitely stay here again... More

Me and my wife stopped here on the last part of our honeymoon. What a place to stay, it topped off the perfect break! Dan and Jane are some of the nicest and friendly people we've ever met. The b&b is immaculate with stunning views, which makes it the perfect place to relax. Head chef Dan makes an amazing breakfast... More

It was my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to make sure it was a memorable celebration - Mingulay House did not disappoint. This B&B is one that stays with you long after you leave. Just superb. So much so that we feel the need to share our wonderful experience on the very same day that we departed. It... More

This is by far the best B&B we have stayed at in all our years of travelling around the UK. The standard's here are 1st rate and are better than may hotel's we have stayed in over the year's. This young couple Jane and Dan could not have been more welcoming and kind. The room we stayed in Elm was on... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and were in the Rowan room. From the moment we pulled into the drive we were made to feel welcome. Jane and Dan have made this a perfect place to stay. Stayed 2 nights, along with our firiends. My husband and I stayed in Rowan and our friends in Elm. Both rooms are upstairs and there is a sitting area on the landing between the 2 rooms, which was great for us to sit and chat on our first evening. Rowan is the bigger of the 2 rooms and can also...
