I've stayed at Pousada do Sueste for 4 nights with a friend, in March 2011. We have hired a buggy to visit the whole island, surf in different spots, reach all the nice places and beaches. Every place you choose in the island will be near everything else if you hire a car.
The B&B is a short way driving...
