We had a unbelievable holiday at a whale of a time, where nothing was a problem, and all the staff and management were terrific. Located up a hill, A Whale of a Time was the perfect respite. The caretakers were courteous and helpful and the amenities and proximity to the beach made it an ideal way to end a wonderful trip. An easy drive away from Muizenberg and Simon's Town. A great place to hang your hat while you relax.

This beautiful, spacious room overlooked False Bay. It is a gorgeous view. The rooms have kitchens and patios. Our room was clean and tidy. The only thing that was a problem was the cold. We arrived in winter and the only heat we were provided was a tiny electric heater.
