We stayed in Barnawee for five days while part of our house was being renovated. We live less than 30 miles away and are familiar with all the beauties that the area around Dungarvan has to offer. This enforced holiday, however, turned out to be one of the best we've ever had. Each morning we went for a long walk... More

Comfortable, spacious rooms with a nice view. There is a little kitchen upstairs for making tea etc. Can't comment on breakfast a my husband & i only had cereal & fruit. Cereals where all nestle brans cheerios etc wasn't a lot of healthy cereals would have loved some branflakes or something similar. overall an ok stay.

My husband and I stayed two nights at Barnawee Bridge Guesthouse. Our room was very spacious and had a great view of Barnawee Bridge and the surrounding area. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Michelle, the owner, was always very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find information about Dungarvan. She even did our laundry for... More

Just stayed for 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. The building and the grounds are in a great position overlooking the sea. The room we had was very clean and well decorated with 2 double beds and access to a kitchen area. Michelle was very friendly as were the other staff and they put on a great... More

We stayed here for one night on the way from Rosslare to Kerry. We had a very nice room with two double beds (for just two of us!) and a fantastic view across the bay. Very clean and well furnished with wooden floors throughout. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good but not great. Tea and coffee facilities slightly bizarre - there... More

Michelle the host has an outstanding B & B overlooking the Bay and the Bridge and has a relatively new home built around 2005 to be used both as their home but also as a bread and breakfast. The facilities are modern and basically brand new. Get the triple on the second floor if possible not only for the spaciousness... More
