Rude smelly and just so horrid .do youself a favour DO NOT book to stay here .this hotel and i use that discription lightly you will regret your choice if you do ..

Made very welcome by David and his team, loved the informal atmosphere and because we were doing outside work appreciated the great heating on the rooms to dry clothes. They also have a proper drying shed outside. The informal bar dining was good too.

This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed. The person who took me to the rooms was amicable and nice. But the rooms very opposite to that. Heating was noisy. TV was not good and had disturbances. A friend and I stayed here on July 1st 2011 on our way from Somerset to Lochinver - a long drive! Our experience was only good. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Stopped here on the off chance. The room was adequate and quite expensive, but the restaurant was excellent.

Absolutely appalling, the polish staff were extremely rude, the Front of House guy voitek i think his name was, was completely arrogant, treated his colleagues with disdain, and was extremely lazy, ordering his colleagues about, while he went for a cigarette every 15 minutes. Stopped off at the hotel, we went to the bar for a few drinks, polish bar man very rude, pints flat, and coffee too disgusting to drink. Had to refuse my pint as was flat, got a new one, still flat. Bar man very rude, and place is expensive. Will NOT be back
