Sharing a bathroom with two other rooms for $170.00 at this B&B was out of line. The owner was not helpful, nor did she have the personality that someone in this business should have. The B&B is located on a very nice street, beachfront, that would be the highlight of the stay.

New Denver is a very small town and this is one of very few lodging options in the region.
