As others have mentioned, the hotel is located along a lovely stretch of river in the Restonica Valley. It's quite convenient for hiking in the valley. We stayed 2 nights in July, and found this hotel adequate but nothing special and a bit impersonal, especially for the price (20-30 Euros more per night than we paid elsewhere in Corsica). The hotel may be on the side of the valley road but it is right next to the tumbling river and all the rooms look towards the 'torrent'.
