Resort: Agia Pelagia is a quiet, more traditional type of resort situated approx 20km west of Heraklion. The region is very hilly with a precarious twisting road from the resort to the main routeway. This hotel was a bargain for the price. We had 3 all inclusive meals which were quite good and all the drinks and snacks for free also. The hotel is situated in a charming town with breathtaking views. The staff were very nice and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. I will definitely go back next year.

Entirely pleased with the hotel rooms although to get to any room meant negotiating quite a number of steps; making it unsuitable for anyone with a disabililty. This is the worst hotel ever. To be an Al inclusive it is really bad. The food was tasteless and they serve no meat.
