Facilities were lovely, clean and well managed however, half board does not allow you access to all drinks and food as stated in the arival pack. Plus due to the bungalow style accommodation, other guests feel as though they can treat you as neighbours: telling you to be quiet after 11, having a sense of entitelment, pushing you out of... Hey guys, having visited many hotels in Crete during summer period I can certainly say that Peninsula hotel was actually the one that meets the standards of a very good hotel and more. My room was regularly cleaned by the staff and the view was astonishing. There is also a lot going on during the night at the pool bar... More

Having stayed at the Peninsula Hotel this summer, I would highly recommend it for anyone planning to go to Crete. I had an absolutely wonderful time and upon arrival was met by a very friendly staff team who were like friends by the time I was leaving. I personally love to dance and appreciate a vibrant environment and the entertainment... More

An ideal place for anyone who appreciates a relaxing summer. Good food, clear waters, and an unforgettable view. The general feel of the hotel is very friendly and a great place to meet new people.

Quite possibly the worst "hotel" on the planet. Very rude stroppy woman on reception. Stone beds. Tiny rooms (ive seen larger sheds) Noisy. Basic beyond belief! Didnt stay long enough to sample the food.......Do not go to this hotel

We all have different needs and ideas of a good holiday but we would not recommend this hotel. We're a British couple - mid 30's and we were looking for a 5* hotel for 1 week in Crete. Came across this hotel listed as 5*on the Ice Lolly website. Price seemed reasonable (for 5* and photos looked good.) Upon arrival... More

We stayed at July 2011 and we can say it was one of the greatest stay in Crete we had. We assumed this hotel as a typical Greek hotel. To be honest it´s not a luxury hotel... Friendly staff, good eating, many possibilities to have a bath and to do sports . One of the great advantage is that the... More

We have spent some marvellous time at this hotel with our french friends and our children. A perfect location , a fabulous view with some very well-kept blooming gardens. Lots of stairs but it was good exercice for us. You quickly forget about them when you have this beautiful sight in front of your eyes where ever you are .... More
