Relaxing hotel overlooking the harbour (it's not a very busy one- only a few sailing boats) & beach. Our room (sea view) had a nice balcony, ideal to chill out after a days sight-seeing and before going to the beach. A clothes line/drying rack is not available, but would be useful. The rooms seem to be recently decorated in a... More

We really loved this hotel, especially when the man on reception shared some raki with us after checking in! We liked everything except the bathroom - there was nowhere to put anything except on the floor. I understand the hotel has undergone a fairly recent renovation and is ultra-modern in design. Unfortunately, whoever designed this bathroom was not concerned with... More

We don't usually write reviews of places we have stayed but felt we had to make an exception in this case. We have just returned from 6 days at the Palazzo Greco and can't praise it enough. The situation of the hotel is just magical, the welcome we received was exceptional and the service was very good. The hotel is... More

Lovely little hotel close to the beach and port. We just got back from a one day stay and loved our double room with a gorgeous view. It's definitely worth paying extra for! Staff was very friendly. Our wifi didn't work and the guy from the reception offered immediately to get professional help. Breakfast was ok, I didn't like the... More

We arrived late after driving all day, then checking out a couple of other options in A. Galini - but once we saw the view from P. Greco that was it! Stunning position. We were greeted by one of the gracious sons who promptly showed us a couple of available options and we chose the green junior suite. It was... More

Thirty four years ago my wife and I had our honeymoon in Agia Galini. On our first visit returning to southern Crete since then we walked into the Palazzo Greco and received the last available room.Although it was not facing the sea, the room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. For me the highlight of the hotel was the terrace... More

This was our first visit to the beautiful island of Crete. Before booking we did a lot of research of the area and local hotels, finally deciding on Palazzo Greco. It is the most delightful place we have ever stayed and both my husband and I have travelled to many places. It is a small 4 star family run establishment... More
