We just come back from Santa Susanna Alhambra Hotel. Holiday was really fantastic, place is great - you can have a beach holiday and you can explore Barcelona as well. This amaizing city is just a bit more than one our by train from Santa Susanna. Hotel was ok. The staff is very competent and helpful. We had a lot... More

Just returned from Hotel Alhambra having spent time in lots of hotels along that coast we found the Alhambra very clean and good to stay at. Took our 7 yr old grandaughter and the kids club was amazing. Melissa and Anna run the club and were absolutely fantastic with the kids. Mini disco at night was just right and enough... More

We stayed for 4 nights half board. Our room was on the 2nd floor over the pool which was lovely during the day but not great after dark as the live music venue is just beside the pool. There was a live band each night and although each band was quite good they were very noisy and only finished at... More

We were booked into the Hotel Caprici and only moved to this hotel because of overbooking.......not too much of a problem as we were there for a late season break to celebrate our wedding anniversary, not our main holiday. The hotel is in the middle of the resort, and it can be quite noisy 'til the early hours. We were... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in late June and was very impressed with our room for a 3* it had been updated and was on par with many of the 4* rooms we have had in the past. The food was good quality and I would recommend this hotel to anyone provided you have a good room, we were... More

Overall the hotel is better than most I have stayed in especially for food on that side of spain... I was impressed by that, the food downstairs in the restaurant where you eat if your half/full board was great... Definately worth staying here if your fussy with hotel food... However, if you are going to stay in this hotel, check... More

We arrived on a Sunday evening where we were pleasantly surprised to find that since we had missed evening meal we could have a lunch one day instead. We weren't expecting a meal since we weren't arriving till 10pm anyway so it was a good start. Unfortunately after the entertainment stopped at midnight the noise started from the disco right... the hotel looks a little dated as you walk in but is very clean. staff are polite and efficient. rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. we thought the food was pretty good for what we had paid- and if the food is not to your taste there are plenty of cheap places close by where you can grab... Very noisy resort to start with. Hotel very clean but rooms were very small. Everywhere looked dated. Reception staff were good when we arrived (late at night), room was very clean but small. The balcony's were easy to climb over and gave no privicy. We overlooked the next hotel to us which was very noisy. All the entertainment went on... More

Alhambra Hotel is nice, friendly staff and nice and clean. Only complaint would be that we disliked having to queue for dinner, the food was reasonable and the restaurant was clean. Santa Susanna is a lovely wee resort, dont know where it ends and Malgrat begins though !!. Take the wee train outside the hotel up into the hills of... More
