This was a real "find". Very warm welcome from the owners, including a delicious complimentary cream tea with home made scones and delicious homemade cookies in bedroom. We stayed in Phoebe and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Devon. We shall definitely return.

Friendly welcome with tea, quirky room (but lovely and comfortable) good selection of DVDs and loan of atlas after breaking sat nav!. Great breakfast. Nice stay would recommend and would come back again if in Teignmouth area.
