After booking a holiday in Northern France, we decided to make the journey more pleasant by travelling most of the way to the Channel Tunnel the day before-hand. Eventually, we ended up choosing this Travelodge, which was located not far off the M25. It cost me £39.95, which is more than the previous Travelodges that we have stayed in (although... More

I stayed once at this hotel and absolute terrible. There was dust and dirt at the entrance, elevator and the corridor at the level I stayed. Bed was awful and there were holes at the sheets and even in grey colour although white in original colour. No shampoo or etc in the bathroom. I should say, bathroom was clean. Never... More

You know what to expect from a Travelodge, although basic, very clean & the staff at this particular hotel were exceptionally good, very friendly. Best to ask for room overlooking car park to avoid traffic noise.

From the A10 Hotel looks stark and unfriendly, this is because to avoid road noise, reception and other services are round the other side of the building. If you want to go into Waltham Cross there is a footpath, well lit and with security cameras leading to ParkLane which will bring you into shopping centre.Cabs are plentiful and cheap ,saves a trek to the... Not a great choice. The hotel exists to service the News International building and I think does not have to try. It's quite new, with some glaring faults from a disabled access pov. The lift and corridor doors were too narrow to admit my wheelchair! And the beds are too low - hiw do they expect someone to get up... More

I booked in here and as I pulled up in car park and sensed the despair. Really creepy car park, and as a women alone did not feel safe. The room is so stark, the bed is uncomfortable and sags. The lightening is awful. Tv works spasmodically. Bath so small it is rendered useless. Went down for coffee morning, and... More

Situated just off the A10/M25 junction, you can't fault this travelodge's location ...provided you are driving. Otherwise its pretty isolated with no passing buses, no nearby shops or pubs or restaurants (a ten minute walk down Winstton Churchill Way will get you to the Vine Pub and then the pretty frim Waltham Cross High Street. This is where you will... More

Cheshunt travelodge is very close to the M25, when we did check in, there were 2 member of staff, Heidi and Katy, there were very pleasant to deal with they showed us how to use the kiosk and they did explain everything we need it to know, the room was very clean and spacious and we had no issues with... My boyfriend and I have stayed here quite a few times. It is cheap, very clean but far from cheerful! The staff are rude. Only once in 6 or so visits have the staff actually been helpful and pleasant. It is incredibly frustrating that every time we stay we have to ask for extra pillows, towels and a hairdryer as... The bed that we had at this travelodge was literally v shaped! So uncomfortable to sleep on as someone always fell to the middle of the bed whilst the other (if there are 2 of you!) has to tense every muscle to stay up on the side for fear of falling on top of the other!! They obviously need a... More
