Booked a room 8 months beforehand, a mistake by there staff meant they had double booked our room. We phoned to confirm the booking and were told they had no double room available for us and would not honour our booking. We are now left with one week before travelling to find a hotel for Hogmanay. Immaculate rooms, very comfortable and pleasant. Nice bar and restaurant. Very welcoming hosts. Reasonable rates and prices. Great breakfast. All in all a little gem, and I will stay there at every opportunity.
