We stayed at the Kidd's B&B for the Easter Long Weekend and they made us feel so welcome and took such good care of us. The breakfasts in the morning were scrumptious and they told us all kind of information that only the "locals" knew. Our little boy took to them both right away and our overall stay was a... More

Stayed for 3 nights in the murphy room. It is as described on the website - a medium sized room - good if you're on a budget. Plenty big enough for a couple, neat and clean. The host David was excellant (We didn't meet Beth she was working away) . He gave us tips on local hiking trails and also... More

I can thorough recommend this B&B. I have stayed there 5 times at least (I've lost count!) and really appreciate their thoughtfulness, help, generosity, lovely breakfasts, perfect location and great hospitality. I continue to stay there when I come to visit family and will do so in the future.

Beautiful home, hosts and food. My sister and I were in lake Cowichan not sure whether to camp or ? Read the brochure for Kidds and called. Had a lovely room with view of the lake. There is a hot tub and canoe for use of the guests. Nice walking trails to the lake. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kidd's B&B. We stayed in the Suite which was roomy, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Appreciated that the decor was not the overly-done lacy-frilly style seen at so many B&Bs - this was just like being at home. Hospitality was outstanding and the Kidd's were very gracious and attentive hosts. Added bonus, their grandson was visiting... More

Beth and Dave have a really lovely place. We stayed in the suite, which has a small but well equipped kitchen as well as a lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The suite was spotlessly clean, cozy and quiet with its own private side entrance. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding hills. Beth... More

David and Beth made our stay so lovely with their friendliness and interest in people. We stayed in the suite and it was so roomy and very clean. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up in the morning! We didn't spend much time in the room as we spent the evening out on the deck with... More

David and Beth were two of the friendliest people we met on our trip to Canada. We stayed in the Murphy Room, which is a large clean room - exactly what we were looking for and excellent value for money (with en-suite bathroom). The shower was powerful and hot and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious -... More

We have stayed at this B&B a few times over the years, the hosts Beth and Dave are very kind people who are genuinely interested in their guests, and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have an enjoyable time in and around Lake Cowichan.
