This is a really nice, cosy motel in Hanmer. We stayed in autumn and it was getting chilly outside, but nice and toasty inside. There are towels provided for visits to the hot springs - a must in this town - and the rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a studio room which is plenty roomy for two.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Clean, tidy, spacious, well equipped, free wifi, friendly staff. My only small issue is the lack of noise insulation from the room above, especially the plumbing. I knew when they used the toilet, the shower, the spa bath.

Just simply a beautiful place to stay, if we go back we wouldnt consider staying anywhere else just loved everything about it, all the reviews say it all! Well.done Settlers gr8 to see u have such a great reputation!

Stayed with another couple in a two bedroom unit. Spacious and warm. Great location, easy walking to pools, town and restaurants.

This hotel is amazing. Our hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. They were so welcoming even down to guest umbrellas sitting at our front door as it was showering.
