I booked this hotel online booking 2 rooms. We arrived and was greeted by blank looks and fevereny searching their phones. Initially we were told they were about to put a notice online saying they were booked out. Ok, not a good start. Especially as it was 6pm, hot and looking forward to a decent shower.
