“Family friendly”

I was expecting best. It was just good. They have good wines in Austria. They just don't know where and how to sell them. Friendly staff, food was with pretention of gourmet but was only good. Clean in rooms also clean at spa and sauna.

We had a fantastic time. All the staff were friendly & most spoke English. We arrived 3 days late & the hotel gave us an additional 3 days at a small upgrade charge. “UNFRIENDLY PERSONEL”

Hotel Astoria does not have friendly personel to accept guests. Wellness center is of poor quality . Location of the hotel is in crowded part of Bad Hofgastein . Massage therapist is arrogant reiki practitioner without qualifications . This hotel need a lot of improvements in quality as well as attitude toward guests.

Excellent value for the money. The best part of our stay, every day, was the staff. The owners have paid attention to every detail. Great service and food in a friendly atmosphere.
