We stayed in this hotel for a week, the rooms are lousy. Quite dirty, the fridge has to be rented. Bathrobes have to be rented! The owners have never heard of clientservice neither being polite with your guests. The staf in the restaurant was very ok, nice and friendly hungarian people, but English and German...not too good. Very nice hotel, we've stayed here a couple of times and found the rooms, food & location to be first class. The undergound link and free admission to the Alpentherme is an added bonus after a good days Skiing. The Hotel just has a nice feel and I would recommend a stay here. Looking forward to returning in the future.

just arrived home from a fantastic weeks holiday, staff fantastic, very clean, great food. bus stop just outside or 10 min walk to main lift. Access to the alpentherme which was a fantastic experience

Hotel is ideally located for short ski bus journey to main ski lift station, a two minute ride away. Access to the Alpentherme Spa is free to those staying at the hotel and well worth several visits, there are different areas such as family world with slides but also relaxation areas too, fabulous after a hard days skiing.
