Hotel Reception staff are very stiff, they require training in customer service. Fine for soiling the room carpet is between 50 to 100 Euros. Be careful.

The hotel was escellency staffed and cleaned. The staff were helpful and friendly and all in all because of the hotel we had a fantastic holiday and agreat Christmas. The only disappointment was on Christmas Day we were not given a traditional English lunch but there again you can't expect that in Germany can you?
