This hotel has stunning sea views, our bedroom was huge and umbeatable by all means in terms of comfort, deco and facilities !!! The staffwise outstanding and extremely friendly. Resolved every request sucdesfully; just what I expect from a 5 star hotel. If thinking to spend a few days in Ibiza.... this hotel is a must.

rooms are not clean. Bathroom very unfunctional. Staff is not friendly. They even serve mayonaise past the expiry date, even after we pointed it out to the Staff. positive point: Rooms are big and trendy.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Santa Eulalia. The hotel Agua was fantastic. Hotel service, grounds and pool areas were great. Cannot fault it. Would certainly return if we visit this area again.

Had an amazing time here. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and pleasant. Pool area and lounging was great and the rooftop bar had fabulous views. Got a few spa treatments, these were lovely. The spa was very relaxing and we had access inclusive so we visited a few times. All in all a perfect get away.
