I saw good reviews (4star) and booked it for 1 night considering that I would be spending only 12 hours .the rooms on I internet looks spacious and looked a great deal.To my surprise the hotel was completely horrible. It's an outdated building with no guest , lobby was dark and scary. I checked in and checked out in 15 min.couldnt spend more than that. I had to book a cab to reach bangkok city and checkin in another hotel. It is close to airport and may be a group of friends going on a low budget can spend a halt before taking a flight. a complete No for couples and families. I wasted 3 precious hours and added lots of stress due to this booking. It was a nightmare. Thank god my agency gave me a refund !! And I stayed in main city ( sukhumvit area ) to spend good time.

The hotel is clean and that is all. For the price you can stay closer to the airport or mych closer to Bangkok. The pictures on the website and google are not from the hotel, they are stock photos of another pool and gym. Listed having airport transfers which they do not. A guest was actually on the phone requesting their shuttle as I checked out and I wanted to take the phone and tell them to go any place else. Transportation is so easy on the airport link to go any place in the city, its actually about the same tkme and cost less than a taxi to this empty hotel. There is nothing in the area. Also they started hammering on a wall on my floor at 9am and when I asked about it kept saying no, that it didnt happen. Finally admitted that there is co struction on the floor. I don't need a lot in my accommodations, usually I say I need some place safe, clean and has good wifi. This is the first place ever that meets those standards but I would never recommend it and never stay here again. Literally stay any place else.

5 star rated at booking.com which it’s definitely not. Big rooms, but outdated, poor internet connection, dirty rooms which are ancient history. No dinner available, staff can’t recommend any good restaurant arnd either. An absolute disappointment for what we may have expected for 5 stars, should be reviewed.

very very dated hotel in the middle of nowhere in a side alley this hotel seems to be quite big but is really basic no food or drink available except breakfast lots of chinese , there is food available outside across a thunderous highway or on the corner where the mosquitoes rule , my particular room had a huge poisonous telecoms tower right outside my window (I can still feel my organs being cooked by the microwaves) bed not comfortable woke up with a headache about 35 min and a 120 baht to the airport which is why I chose to but not again I'm afraid

My wife, daughter and I have stayed here no less than 15 times. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are large with coffee/tea, refrigerator and a small safe. Always clean and well maintained. It is not a fancy hotel but certainly more than adequate for our needs. We enjoy the pool which is usually quiet. There is a 7-11 across the street as well as a marketplace... We will keep returning to this hotel...

Very different in person than what was posted online. Room looked very old and the bathroom was subpar. There were little tiny bugs crawling out of the drain from the shower so i had to rinse it out every so often. The shower head barely had any pressure and the tub lacked a shower curtain. The tv which is also old took some time to get used to. Not sure why but the body wash smelled like glue so i stayed clear away from it, on the bright side the AC worked well and the bed was comfy. I would only suggest this hotel for a few nights at most and not for an entire trip also to the fact that there isnt much close by cept smaller shops and a 7/11 across the busy intersection.

We found this hotel when unexpectedly needed to stay one night in BKK during travelling. Took about 20min to get there from the airport, woth uber. Service was really nice and helpful. Hotel offers 1 way ride to the airport and we prdered this for 3.30 am -unfortunately at 3.50 the taxi still wasn't there and receptionist was telling us that everything is ok, another taxi is coming and that it takes '5min to get to the airport'. When the taxi finally didn't arrive and we were showing more frustration, one of the hotel workers took us to the airport with the minivan which solved the situation positively...

If your room doesn't include airport transfer I wouldn't get it from them as it costs more than double the cost of a taxi. But everything else was really good, the breakfast is a bit of an odd combination of foods (to me) but everything was good. I stayed twice, once in a regular room and once in a suite. The regular room had a shower head that sprayed out of a seam, I went down and they fixed it right away, even though it was like 3 am. The suite had issues with the power but it seemed to be isolated to just that room.

I arrived late at night and this hotel was bizarre. I phoned when I landed to see if the shuttle could collect me but the girl on the phone spoke no English so I got a cab. Only 150 Baht so no problem. The first room had a balcony but the door wouldn't shut properly so I asked to be moved. I'm a solo female traveller and that is not a risk I will take. Second room had dirty sheets. Seriously looked like they had not been changed after previous guest. Sprayed with freshener maybe, but not washed. I have photos of the stains. So I asked for another room. I should mention at this point none of the corridor lights were on. I have no idea why. I was using my phone light to navigate the corridors. Third room had a window that wouldn't lock and dirty sheets. So I asked if I can have the 2nd room but with fresh sheets. I was horrified at the state of the mattress protector when they took the sheets off. One side had several yellow stains and the other side several blood stains. Whoever changed the sheets must not only have seen these and chosen to put clean sheets on top of filth, but at some time a dirty mattress protector was turned over instead of being washed. No wonder the room had a strange odour if this is the level of hygiene. Had it not already been late at night and me with 50kg of luggage I wouldn't have stayed, but there was no way to get another room sorted with the timeframe I had given this was a transfer stop. Internet was slightly better then useless. Connection dropped every 10 mins and had to login again. Many pages timed out. Luckily I have mobile data on my mobile. Tripadvisor, you need to add a facility for uploading videos. I have horror videos for this place.

we booked this hotel because we had a very early flight and it's not far from the airport. it's pretty old and run down, not the cleanest, the breakfast wasn't awesome but correct. what bothered me most is that when we got there nobody would help us with the luggage, so we took their luggage cart and walked past them while they looked at us. i guess it was their lunch break or something LOL as for the location, if you stay there and need to get around during the day it's very complicated as traffic is very very bad in this area.
