On arrival to this hotel there was no welcome greeting. We arrived delayed over 5 hours and expected an all inclusive treatment and got no star treatment. “Super central location, poor VIP rooms and the spa center is far away”

The hotels has been sold in 2010 and is now called ZDRAVETS Hotel under the new management. One of the worst spa hotels i have been to in Velingrad. Went there for New Year's Eve 2011/2012 and have regretted it. Long labyrinthine and unheated hallways lead you up and down 2 floors into a swimming pool/wellness area. Pool is cold... More
