Kefelonia is a beautiful Island, marred by the amount of starving cats and dogs roaming around. Un-neutered. It basically ruined my holiday, so if you are an animal lover I'd avoid it sadly. The Marinos apartments were basic but clean. When are the Greeks going to do something about their animals?
