The hotel was clean and the staff spoke English and were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel sits at the bottom of a beautiful mountain range. Just came back yesterday from Pisa book this hotel as it states aiport suttle but no such thing and the bus service to Pisa is very poor waited 2 hours on Sat for a bus. Also the heating (A/C) in the hotel doesn't work

We arrived about 6pm and found the room assigned to us was still being cleaned. The bed was appalling with bedsprings poking through making sleep painful and poor. Too far outside Central Pisa and therefore reliant on the vagaries of public transport, (striking trains, non-existent buses and expensive taxis.) Be warned about booking this hotel through Orbitz. On arrival the booking made by Orbitz was unknown by the hotel and there were not enough rooms available. We stayed for a week. The room is clean and big enough. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is bellyful. The surroundings of the hotel is nice. I could mention only one weak point: there was no wifi in the room only in the hall at the reception
