Rude staff, over charged us and would not refund. Wheelchair accessible room very small and no wet room. Served raw burger and no garnish !! Location was the best point as it was easy to get away from!

Two visits travelling south then north. Difficult to find. At 3am had to change rooms due to the noise from the adjoining room, continuous from 11pm. The stay at the hotel was great! Stayed here with a coach party for a 3 nights using it as a base. Room (110) was quite large, modern and clean - no view from window but on the quiet side of the hotel located on the busy Madrid ring road and near a main rail line. Stayed here overnight, bit of a nightmare to get to at the moment due to the roadworks outside and a long way from the city centre but for an overnighter good enough. rooms clean & comfy free wifi in the bar area but need a lead for trhe PC connection in the rooms which are provided by reception staff.

Modern facilities. Very good breakfast buffet. Excellent value. Highly recommended if you don't mind the distance from downtown Madrid. Modern bathrooms.
