I've been in this hotel about 10 times. The rooms are good, modern design ample working area. The conference rooms tend to get hot around mid day. The service in the lobby bar and restaurant is great. there are no restaurants near this hotel but you are only a 10 minute cab ride away from good restaurants.

One of few Hotels, I stayed in, where I have really no reason to complain about anything - excellent location near industrial zone, once you get room facing the courtyard also nicely quiet. Breakfast changing a bit every morning. Good wifi.

Very convenient and super clean hotel. Excellent staff and super friendly. Very fast service ti the rooms on demand. I will recommend to all my friends who fly to toluca via private. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed at this hotel recently (Dec 2012), great hotel, great food, great decor, excellent WI-FI and super well located. This was a business trip (aviation related), therefore, the proximity to Toluca's Airport was very convenient and the hotel staff was extremely nice, they even arranged courtesy shuttles to my place of business during my stay.

This is the perfect location when having business trips in Toluca, they have shuttle service to and from Toluca airport, and to the main industrial parks. It's very near to the industrial zone, far from restaurants tough, but they offer good food services.

This is my hotel of choice in Toluca. The staff is outstanding! They are friendly and always remember their frequent guests. The hotel was updated last year with new bedding and furnishing in the rooms, but the bathrooms need attention. The GM tells me that they plan to work on the bathrooms in late 2012.
