This was our most horrible experience in a 4 star hotel. Room was terrible, completely old with very durty carpet. Also Hotel had a very unclean look. Breakfast was very very poor. We arrived at 09.00 hrs and juice and many more items were finished. Service was very poor, waitress came in once only during our total breakfast of 30min...
