I found the staff to be friendly and all spoke English to a good standard - some to an exceptional standard. Everything was clean and tidy. No hidden costs. Although the spa area was nice, The massages were poor quality, little technique if anY , also reception = not so friendly . Long walk up the hill to get to hotel also .
