Location is ideal-near the major arteries to two provincial capitals. Staff is friendly and helpful, both at registration and in the dining room. Stayed in the old part of the hotel which is tired - make sure you ask for a room in the new extension. Internet connection KPN chargeable. We stayed in Van der Valk Hotel in March 2007. Overall hotel is pleasant: room is a good size, new construction, with Internet connection, and TV (few channels in English such as CNN, etc).
