This is one weirdly outfitted hotel. They are in the middle of a renovation. The old bits seem to be on an Alice in Wonderland theme with giant multi-coloured upholstered chairs and ornate gilt tables. When reporting a serious problem with the heating (I had to wear jumper and jacket in the room!) personnel did not respond in a user-friendly and profissional way. They ridiculed me in front of other guests. Unacceptable for a hotel that carries four stars.

A very efficient hotel with very friendly staff, located close to the railway station with mainline access from Sciphol airport. Room was decorated in a very modern style with comfortable bed and was fine for sleeping in. Food in restaurant was good and service was very efficient.
