Wonderful. Great gardens, fine rooms. Everything as you would hope. Very caring and helpful host and hostess. We spent 5 weeks in Australia and this was our favorite place even though we spent much more for our rooms elsewhere.. This is about as good as it gets.

We stayed in the Margate Cottage in December 2010. Lovely place and very hospitable hosts. The view over gardens and mountains was impressive. Conveniently located to Hobart and Airport (about 40 min.). Very good restaurants at close proximity. Breakfast was tasteful and sumptuous. Room was very comfortable, clean and spatious. We can recommend this guesthouse to all discerning travellers..
