We were very impressed with our stay here, very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts, great conversation and a beautiful location. We stayed in a private en-suite bedroom with a slider to the deck overlooking the valley below. A really great value just 15 min away from Waitomo Caves!

We stayed one night as we continued our trip to Rotorua and then to Napier. We received the room overlooking the whole broad valley and enjoyed the stunning view (which a glass wind/weather shield) on the big porch. One of the two cats was already expecting us :-). Room and bathrooms are clean and warm with heater. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful views and gardens, everything was just so enjoyable. Breakfast was yummy with Margaret's fresh homemade jams. Highly recommended for Waitomo Caves visitors!

We stayed at this B&B last year. The house and the hosts (Margaret & Graeme and the cats!) were warm and welcoming. We had a lovely stay, up on a peaceful hill with beautiful sweeping views. Only about 15 minutes from the amazing Waitomo Caves. Highly recommend staying here.

Simply B&B, we had both rooms; 1 room is the room described earlier with 2 single beds, some old seats and the wood-fire heather and tv. The other room has a king bed. Beds are clean, pillows and blankets are clean. Rooms, windows are dusty and in need of a good clean. So is the bathroom, spider webs all around.... More

Thank you so much to Margaret and Graham for the friendly warm welcome in their lovely home. What an amazing view and delightful garden! We were also made welcome by Lucy and Henry the cats! Comfortable ensuite queen room and very nice breakfast. A lovely setting for a relaxing stay. Hosts very helpful with local information.

Title more or less says it all - we really enjoyed our stay here whilst we saw Waitomo etc. - lots of helpful advice on things to do & places to eat.
