This is a great location if your planning to drive around Umbria. 10mins from Perugia airport, 5 mins from Assisi. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and large. Also free parking in their car park. I can recommend the hotel with confidence.

We had a fabulous time in Assissi, thanks to this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Some of the rooms offer an incredible view of the hillside. We found this hotel quite good. The rooms were nice and clean and fairly large compared to other places in Italy and the bathrooms were good.The lady at the front desk didn't speak much English, but she was very helpful. Breakfast was OK - served in a large dining room.
