This wonderful house is run by Norman and his extremely friendly family. The food is to die for ! Even though we had food from the number 2 cook :-) These hosts can't do enough for you. Thankyou ever so much for making us feel so welcome.

Here in april 2013 stay here 3 nights. The Room: simple, claen, good beds. Shower: big problems with the manual. Only cold water. Light is bad, is from your backsite, so you have shadow in the mirror. Lounge is good en the hospetallity is very good. Breakfast is simple. Price is to much for what you get.

Have just returned from a weekend at Cardhu Country House and we are so glad we found it. Everything was just perfect - great location with masses to do nearby. I recently stayed here with friends to get away from work and city life and couldn't recommend it more. We spent the weekend visiting a nearby distillery which was really interesting to see (and Tina and Norman were really helpful in planning the trip) and going for walks in the beautiful surrounding area before coming back to a warming log... Tastefully renovated house with great attention paid to detail. Fab views of the snow covered hills from all rooms. Snow was no problem - roads better cleared than in city.
