We had a 2brm unit on 9th floor. This gave us great views to Labrador waterway and also to downtown Surfers. Unit was roomy enough for us 2 adults and 2 children, and was very clean. Staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend these apartments to others. Easy to get back onto... More

Central to all the parks and beach. Traveled with two 4 year olds, the condo was great for those rainy days. Helpful staff, well equipped condo, would go back in any time. Best timeshare trade, but they also rent units out.

The location is excellent, near the parks, 10 mins from surfers paradise and within walking distance from restaurants. Not too bad from the airports, although would recommend tou have a car. Reception needs to be open longer, at least until 7pm. The apartments are big, good size bedrooms. The kitchen contents are basic. The knives are kept in a drawer... More

This is a fantastic location for a Family Friendly Holiday, away from the Noise and Crouds of Surfers Paridise. Great amenities on site (Pool, Sauna, Spa's, Gym, Bar, BBQ's, Tennis, Kids Play Area) plus the Labrador Sea-side Swimming Lagoon right out the front (very safe for young Children). Best Accommodation location for all the Gold Coast Theme Parks and right... More

I have been attending Sandy Point for the last 8 years with my family and another family for 2 weeks at a time, from the 10th floor to the 5th floor. Sandy Point has excellent out door areas for the kids and the young at heart. Numerous BBQ's, nice cold pool, great tennis court which can be used at night.... More

Always nice staying here, only thing is there is 3 massive apartment blocks where the view of the water used to be so that kind of wrecks it but as a hotel they have great activities for all ages. I've always stayed here with family which has been good & is out of the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise.

We spent a week here over the christmas holidays. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 12th floor was fantastic, well appointed with excellent views of the Broadwater from all 3 balconies. It was spacious and bright in a very quiet area but close to eateries and a convienece store. Management were fabulous and the facilities are great. We... More

We spent a week in a two bedroom apartment. It was big, bright and comfortable. Nice views from the three balconies, well furnished with everything we needed, and comfortable beds. When we first got there we were a bit dubious as the reception and lounge areas appeared a bit dated. But when we got to the room we were delighted.... More

If you want slightly quieter accomodation then Sandy Point is for you. Lovely spacious apartments, spa and tennis court. We took advantage of them all. Managers and staff very accomodating and helpful. Would reccommend without hesitation.

First time staying there in June 2012. Fantastic apartment - had everything that our family of 4 needed during the week we were there. We had an apartment on the 6th floor, with limited sea views due to the large building in front. Modern furnishing, very clean & tidy. Great location - easy to get to all the local attractions....
