Very nice hotel and staff are very friendly. However very disappointed with First Choice for not informing me that we would not be able to use the sisiter hotel Bitzaro Grande, brochure and website said we could use the B. Grande but only found out when we arrived at resort from other guests that we could not do this !

Our 2nd visit to Bitzaro Palace and it was just as good this time! Excellent food, immaculately clean rooms , and friendly staff. Perfect location a few minute's walk from a gorgeous beach and a few minutes from the strip if you felt like an evening out. Plenty of sunbeds and a nice pool. Wonderful!
