Stayed here from 7-14th may and had a fab time. Kids had a ball. All the staff throughout the hotel are so nice and the entertainment team are the best ive ever seen they are so good with the kids and put on great shows. Really enjoyed our week in the H10 Lanzarote Gardens :)

We have been coming for several years to the hotel we love it, the staff are very friendly, the rooms & grounds are all we could want, plenty of choice of food, good location. We always go for the same room it's got nice views, & plenty of space. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and will continue coming.

A very clean and well looked after hotel. Loads to do for the children. Staff are also excellent with the children. Breakfast is excellent with an extremely wide choice. Dinner was okay, but there could be more for vegetarians. Overal an excellent hotel which we will definitely go back to!

The garden and the pools were nice, even if the pools are not heated or not heated enough (that in Lanzarote it would be a plus). The room has old, but working, furniture and appliances. I would recommend this as highly suitable for families. However I have reservations if you do not have children as it very much caters for them. Had a great time here for 2 weeks with my 3yr old daughter. Really good kids club & entertainment. Staff were great esp entertainment team.
