Despite the steps, the rooms are nice and comfortable and the people who work there are nice. It has a great location for going to the beach or other places especially the ashram. The breakfast is very slow but there are many options, it is located near local restaurants for lunch and dinner
Very basic rooms.
The staff was just about alright. Nothing extra ordinary. Considering the general tariffs of hotels in Pondicherry, this hotel is not bad for the price the charge.
The service was not bad. the AC was working fine, room was clean and so was the bathroom.
They do have a restaurant and bar but I did not try...

Just walked into the place. Nice clean place located in the heart of Pondicherry. Can walk around to every location from here. Reasonably priced.
