I booked this hotel after looking feedback in TripAdvisor, i am totally disappointed with the service and quality. They literally had a garbage out side our room (please see the Pictures). And hotel 24/7 hotline stopped picking room request after 11:00 PM. They will not serve you ice cubes. They don't have WIFI in their lobby and in the room.... More

This is one hotel in the busy streets of pondicherry where you could find your priviate suite that is well furnished and designed for business and private stays...enjoyed the veg foods available and their breakfast in the morning are just fantastic!

It was a nice stay at Abhirami residency with good service, cleanliness and nice food at attached Madhuram hotel for the breakfast. Good value for the money. It is located a little bit far from the beach (but at the same time not too far), which is the only factor for the minus.

We stayed here for two nights. It is located on the edge of town relatively far from the french quarter. The service was terrible and the staff exceptionally rude. A third "bed" was a thin mattress thrown on the floor. Definitely do not recommend this place

Located in the center of town provides close access to the sea shore and the Ashram. The rooms are good and service is prompt. No view though. Abirami Residency is my favourite hotel for staying due to very efficient staff,scrumptious food and its ideal location. I have been to Pondicherry for probably five times and have always stayed there for atleast two days.Its rooms are maintained well with very effective air conditioners which are very much essential keeping the weather of Pondicherry in mind.
