Think Kabul, then think good hotel, and mix. A good hotel, with typical Afgan shortcomings. The Heetal has a great look to it as you walk in. I stayed in the 2-story Presidential suite. Heetal Plaza looks like a fort, and its security makes you feel comfortable irrespective of the war situation. There are three levels of check posts, where thorough checkin is done before one enters the Hotel.
