We arrived with our 2 very tired young children to be told that our room wasn't ready and had to wait for over 2 hours. The room was pleasant and so too the pool. However service and the constant loud music from the other side of the hotel detracted from the 5 stars

Why take the chance? We arrived to have them tell us that one of our three rooms would not be available due to "overbooking". They did not apologize only suggesting the two of the rooms combine. make sure you stay in the prestige part and not the all inclusive part of the hotel. the prestige part has its own pool and more importantly its own restaurant where fine quality meats are cooked to order.
