This was an inexpensive hotel a few minutes drive from Nancy, France. The decor was nice, and the room looked fine, but the walls seemed very thin because you could hear the other guests. Although it is located off of a pretty busy street just off the highway, there was no issue with noise from outside.

Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy situated a 5km/10min/15€ taxi ride outside the centre of Nancy. Ideally situated for access to CHU de Nancy Hôpital de Brabois Adultes and Universitaire. The Cottage Hotel is a perfectly simple, very reasonably priced (£45per night), small hotel which pretends to be nothing but a small reasonably priced hotel, and on this it delivers.
