Spotlessly clean. Friendly service. Slightly sterile feel but it really caters for the business community.. Breakfast nothing special but perfectly adequate. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean, however there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room which was quite disappointing. I felt the breakfast was boring - choice of cold scrambled eggs cold meat or bread. If you are on a business trip the hotel was quite adequate.

The WR Hotel is a 4 stars hotel in SJ Madeira, very well located, brand new and with modern design. Altough the staff in the check in weren´t very polite we found the hotel very beautiful, quiet and confortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel conveniently situated in the town but a bit of a drive from the motorway. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast fine although no staff visible when I arrived.
