absolutely no room srevice,room stinks like anything when i ask for room freshner hotel staff dont respond even....please dont become fool coz of hotel location it is strictly NO NO for any type of stay...we are fortunate to get room next day in some good hotel.

I've encountered the most horrific experience while staying at hotel Sheela Nainital. The service was poor, the waiters were arrogant and above all my purse was stolen by a waiter from the hotel room. I've lost my money, credit card, debit card and I was in a complete jeopardy. So my advice is never stay at Hotel Sheela.

Noisy, dirty rooms. Restricted hours (7-10 am only) for hot water that runs out anyway. Inedible glop at a buffet is the only dining option, no menu service.
