Stayed one night on a groupon offer, which was exceptionally good value. The room was clean and comfortable but bathroom needs upgrading. Excellent food especially the 6 course taster dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would like to stay in one of the log cabins on next visit.

Glad we got a bargain rate (£79 for 2 people, dbb) as we would have been very disappointed if we'd paid more.
Good points: pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor hot tubs were lovely. Smart and well maintained. Didn't use the gym but it was big enough and had plenty of kit. The food was fantastic as well....

My best friend and I stayed at Chevin Country Park on 19th May 2012. On arrival we were checked in straight away and given directions to our room, (The Wharfedale Suite).
Our room was stunning - we had a duplex room with the bed on a mezzanine level, we had our own little terrace with a loveseat overlooking the lake....

We stayed for three long nights, this place is totally neglected, dirty furnishings, needs a total refit and decorating, a window cleaner might be useful. Rubbish under sofas, dirty tissues under furniture. Food deposits on walls, radiators, cushions covers filthy. The list is endless. My advice is stay somewhere else.
