I will travel to Genting Highland Malaysia only i get booked accomodation in Genting Grand which is clean , convenience location and best guesst service in that tourist area. Excellent Spa services which worth or money value should try but must early reserve to avoid any full appointment.

Stayed for two days.Truly Amazing. Its a mixed crowd. Food was good. The reception staff was courteous. Wish to go back again for casinos and the live shows. We were not able to go out for it was too foggy.

It is my fifth visit in Genting and I am always staying at Maxims hotel the best accomodation choice of the entire complex. Staff is always very attentive, room are spacious and comfortable. Fantastic spacious room with fantastic valley views. Very pleasant stay . King size , comfortable bed . View of the cable cars , fantastic scenes of floating clouds. walking distance to Theme Park and many restaurants . Will definitely return to this hotel .

To celebrate my husband and my bday on 12-12 we chose to stay here thinking it wld be really a luxurious stay... Stayed at Premier room. The beds are comfy and nice but toilet has bad sewage smell. Buffet breakfast is disappointing. Room cleaniness need to improve, saw a discarded fake lashes at same spot for days.

It is a very nice hotel.All the staff are very nice and friendly as well.Everything is very great but one thing hotel need to do is to provide internet service or wifi in the hotel room.We have a very wonderfull trip and will recommend our friends to come here again.Its a must...thanks for the wonderful experience..
