Spent one night at the Chateau and enjoyed it immensely. The grounds are beautiful. Was a bit turned off by the pricey dinner and breakfast and turned down the dinner offer; replaced it with some tasty meats, cheeses and champagne we picked up just down the road. Wish we would have picked a different breakfast spot too... Chateau b'fast not... More

Stayed here for our 30th anniversary -- it was a dream come true. Beautiful location, clean room, great staff, good breakfast. Highly recommend, and would stay here again. The landscaping is beautiful, but there are not very many places nearby to eat dinner -- the staff was helpful to suggest some restaurants in nearby towns.

Stunning, serene, amazing grounds, very territorial swan (loved him), stupendous food, staff a delight, superb room in the Chateau, steeped in History and this always helps when the daughter and grand-daughter of the original owner sit and chat to you about their lives in the Chateau, before it was a Hotel, quite amazing. After an 8 hour journey from Cannes... More

A friend had recommended Chateau Etoges for our stay in Champagne and so I booked this (online, direct) in a heartbeat without even consulting alternative options or existing reviews. We landed in Paris near noon, sorted out a Hertz rental car and lunch, and then set off for Etoges. After driving for about 100 odd minutes, we arrived. It was... More

We were visiting the Champagne region for 2 days with friends. We stayed here for one night and had dinner as well. The four of us were really positively surprised by this address. The rooms we had were located in the pavilion next to the chateau itself. We payed 119€ per room which was very acceptable for the comfort of... More

We stayed here for one night en route from Calais to Provence. The hotel definitely doesn't disappoint. My boyfriend had never visited France before (except Calais which doesn't count ;) so I wanted to surprise him with a chateau stay on our first night, and the Chateau d'Etoges was perfect. From the moment you drive down the gravel driveway towards... More

We thought we had a package deal $189euro including the spa but turns out it was an extra $72 euros each. The spa was not worth that as spa pool was not hot and only small sauna for 2 people. However the castle is amazing, we had a beautiful large room down stairs with nice bathroom. The lighting was poor... More

We stayed at Chateau D'Etoges on a 4 day visit to the Champagne region of France. We stayed in the old Chateau in a top floor room and experienced the old charm of the Chateau. After a very good light French breakfast we explored the region during the day and dined in the restaurant each night where the food and... More

We stayed one night at the Orangerie, making a point not to spend a lot more for a room in the chateau. Our room was nicely decorated with a window over looking the majestic driveway and park with vineyards on the hillside in the distance—very peaceful and serene. Unfortunately, we had awful cold and rainy weather. On a nice day... More
