You get a clean enough basic cottage - front porch with seating for two, a comfortable bed/mattress with mosquito net, a nice fan, and a very basic bathroom with a cool water shower.
Bring your own reading light if you want to read.
Food at the restaurant is OK but a coffee is 50 baht! That's too much.
